1. Booking and Appointments

1.1 All detailing services must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.

1.2 Appointments are confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment, as indicated at the time of booking.

1.3 Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

2. Payment

2.1 All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2.2 Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 We accept credit/debit cards, e-transfer, and cash.

2.4 Voltrens reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice; confirmed bookings are not affected.

3. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

3.1 Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or delicate surfaces before service.

3.2 Voltrens is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, or personal belongings left in the vehicle.

3.3 While we take utmost care, minor imperfections may remain due to the condition of the vehicle.

4. Guarantee and Liability

4.1 Voltrens guarantees the quality of detailing services performed. Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours.

4.2 We are not liable for damages caused by improper vehicle use after service.

4.3 Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

5. Privacy and Personal Information

5.1 Any personal information collected is used solely for service delivery and communication.

5.2 We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1 Voltrens reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

6.2 Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
